Stacy Foster began her career as a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in 1995. After spending 17 years at The Institute for Research and Rehabilitation (TIRR-Memorial Hermann), working with trauma, stroke, and TBI patients as part of the Brain Injury Team, she joined the SPERO team in 2012.  Stacy obtained Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy (MCMT). She is also designated as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist by the Brain Injury Association of America.

At Spero Rehab, Stacy dedicates her time and expertise to neurological patients, (including spinal cord, brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s), as well as working with persons with lower extremity amputations. She can regularly be found in the Hydroworks pool, treating her neurological patients using Aquatic Therapy techniques.

Stacy enjoys creating functionally appropriate and goal oriented activities, while thinking outside the typical therapy box. She strives to enable her clients to best meet their individual needs. And, whether it’s dancing together to a favorite tune, using everyday objects in an unusual way, or being the biggest cheerleader any client could hope for, Stacy endeavors to create indepence and functionality for the clients she treats. She truly puts the FUN in FUNctional on a daily basis!

Stacy enjoys being outdoors, watching and coaching softball, camping, jet skiing, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
